Evolve Technologies was founded in 2000 by Mike Linnane in response to the significant demand from many organisations for a dedicated and accessible software development partner.
We have successfully delivered more than 120 projects for 70 clients spanning multiple industries including manufacturing, aviation, mining, banking, financials, local government, construction, logistics, utilities, tourism, services, electronics, marine and retail. We also specialise in the medical device and IT services sectors. Our client work has received two global awards.

Evolve and WayWyser
WayWyser’s original developers commissioned Evolve to rewrite the original code and enhance the app’s features. We developed the mobile GIS product to automate and modernise the monitoring and management of environmentally sensitive sites and trails – work that’s usually carried out using pen and paper.
WayWyser now provides more ways for trail managers to collect and analyse data, and apply machine learning and business intelligence to create further value from that information.
WayWyser addresses a gap that enterprise GIS solutions don’t meet: user-friendly tools for workers in the field. It also lets customers develop and build their own dynamic surveys and reports, incorporate citizen science, and integrate with IoT devices.
